Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your NS. For returns, please see your order details in your Account page to see if your order is eligible for a self-service return. If you don’t see the return option there, or you’d like to process an exchange, please reach out xyz@gmail.com or visit one of our stores with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—Glossier packages don’t include return slips. Just see your order details in your Account page to see if your order is eligible for a self-service return.

How to Place a Return or Exchange

  1. Online Orders:
    • Go to your Account page and click on Order Details.
    • If your order qualifies, you’ll see the option to start a self-service return.
    • Follow the prompts to complete your return.
    • Once processed, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.

  2. In-Store Purchases or Exchanges:
    • Bring your item(S). along with your order number or receipt, to any of our store locations.
    • Our team will assist you with a return or help you find the perfect replacement item.

  3. Need help:
    • Reach out to us at XYZ@gmail.com, and our support team will guide you through the process.

  4. Return Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned withing 30 days of delivery.
    • Products should be unused , undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Final sale, customized items, and promotional giveaways are non-returnable unless faulty.

Where’s My Return Slip

Don’t worry—our packages are slip-free to reduce waste!

  • You don’t need a paper return form.
  • Just log in to your Account, view your Order Details, and follow the self-service instructions if available.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
  • If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or email us at xyz@gmail.com.
